We hired Hunter Environmental Solutions to pump our backed up and overflowing septic tank. He was very communicative and quick to work us into his schedule. The tank hadn't been pumped in WAY too long and it was not a simple task to get things moving, but he got it done! Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hunter for all your septic needs!

This place is unbelievably difficult to deal with! I had a water leak for two weeks and nobody said anything. So I got an enormous bill that I have to pay. We didn't know about the leak because it was raining so much that there were already huge puddles everywhere. I made a payment arrangement with them to pay the bill off. Which I wouldn't have had if they checked usage regularly like my last water company did. Well, now my water is shut off because the 15th fell on a Saturday while they are closed. I didn't know I had to be there at 7:30 the Monday morning after the 15th. I thought it just had to be paid today. NOPE! Every other place in town gives you the whole day to pay your bill. I have been paying on time every month Anyway, now I have to pay the whole bill off to get my water back on. It's literally the same day my bill was due in the first place. Also, we had a family emergency that prevented us from being there by 7:30 am. They don't care and won't do anything to help. Heidi is very sweet and you can tell she would help if she could but can't. I guess we will go without water until I get paid. Which is 4 days from now. They could have some heart. I will be going to the next board meeting to tell my story. My last water company was amazing. This one not so much. Not sure what I will do with my three kids.

Ran my water line out to the front of my property and made sure everything was ready to receive service. Told FCWS I wanted to be there when they came and made connection. A man called and told me he was having difficulty locating my line for the installation. I told mim I would dig it up and have it ready to connect to. I dug up my 1 1/2" valve and reduced it to 3/4" installing an additional quarter turn valve wit a nipple extending out for the meter connection. I wrapped it with blue tape to keep the dirt out and placed their stake right there to mark it. They called Monday and I could not be there so I had someone go wait for them. They did not call or show up. They did show up on Tuesday and installed the meter and pressure regulator, but they did not tie into the line I had waiting for them. They left two feet of dirt between my line and theirs. They are telling me that they are not responsible for anything past the meter. I already knew that. My lines were installed and ready to connect their meter to!!!! For $3,995.00 you think they would be a bit more competent. Called and asked why they left two feet of dirt between their line and mine. All the lady could say was, "I guess you will have to call a plumber" Not a happy camper!!!! Customer service is non existent

Very very very rude and unprofessional company!!! Definitely will not recommend! This company definitely does not care about their customers or giving good customer service! Take advantage of customer who have no other choice but to use them and they treat them just how this company is and that is trash!!!!!!

He got the system in the ground and washed his hands of it. “That’ll Do” mentality from start to finish

My pump burned up and when I call them they came out the same day and fixed it at a good price

Stay AWAY from them and report them to your counties!

The dryer at my aunts house stopped working. I needed to dry some things so I went to the LaGrange laundromat...even after reading such horrible reviews.. I was a little nervous going so late at night, alone. However, there was no one there! It was great! It was clean and convenient. The only negative is that several of the washers and dryers are out of service...but since it was just me there, I was able to use any working dryer available.

Patricia was wonderful! Very friendly and great at her job! Highly recommend! Will definitely be using this Laundromat as long as she is there

Wicks water well drilled the well where I live 40 something years ago and has always been so good at coming out when needed. I contacted Daniel Wick because I had some frozen pipes and once plumber came out to fix those pipes, My well started acting up. I talked to Daniel on the phone and he told me what to look for and I sent him a picture of the pressure switch. He said he would come out the next Day to get it fixed. I told him I would be out volunteering at Houston Rodeo but he assured me he could still come and get it fixed. Made it home late and still no water. I texted and called Daniel with no reply texts or calls back. Here I am a week later and still have no water and no calls or texts. I hate that I am hearing this same thing about him from other people too. This was a good company when his Dad Leo ran it. I can't get ahold of Leo's Brother Frank either. So sad

If you want to waste your time and money I recommend using Daniel Wick! I’m a real estate agent and my clients needed to have the well tested on a property they are currently purchasing. We were referred to this person. He agreed to test the well and scheduled a time to do so. On the agreed date, not only did he NOT get out to the property to test the well, he didn’t call to let us know he wouldn’t be doing it and didn’t return my clients’ calls after we left several voicemails. IF YOU SAY YOU’RE GOING TO DO SOMETHING, DO IT. Don’t waste mine and my clients’ time.

DRN Services is reliable and professional in all aspects. They re-plumbed my old house and I haven't had any problems in the years since it has been done. If you are looking for the best plumber in town or in the county give DRN Services a try...

I would have given this company a negative star if i could. If you use DRN do not leave your personal items within reach, he will use them as his own. I’m still waiting for him to return my channel locks. They left the work area in disarray and did not dispose of their coveralls, gloves, etc. I was not informed that any rodents would eat thru the flex pipe so I am now having to repair leaks both inside and underneath my house. I am now having to pay additional money on top of the two thousand dollars that I have payed out to DRN. I also have called and left many messages and they have never returned my call.
